Requirements (Student
in Training)
Prior to being inducted as a Licentiate of MUM, the student is required to complete the following:
 | Complete, sign & return the
MUM
Learning
Center
application for Minister of Healing and/or Ordained Minister to the MUM
Board of
Directors.

| Provide all references as outlined in the MUM
Learning
Center
application, to the MUM
Board of Directors.
|
| Acceptance and approval by the MUM
Board of Directors.
|
| Completion of a healing class approved by the MUM
Board of Directors.

Healing
Certificate Requirements
Certification
Program for Minister of Healing
The Minister of Healing is a
minister whose calling is in the field of healing. Although not a fully Ordained
Minister he or she may apply for certification and receive a certificate of
units for completion of education toward the Ordained Minister course.
Pre-requisite:
The
candidate for this course must be enrolled as a Licentiate for the Healing
Ministry of Metaphysical Universal Ministries.
Required
Courses to be Completed Within a 36-Month Period:
| Completion of the first fifteen chapters of the
“Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ” by Levi; World Religions;
Metaphysical Philosophy and the companion workbook Volume I by Rev. Nancy J.
Althouse.

| Completion of the MUM Hands On Healing Course
(Multi-Media)
|
| Study and have a working knowledge of the Metaphysical
Universal Ministries Principles
|
| Read the book “Meditation” Volume I by Carol
Parrish-Harra, Ph.D and practice the meditations
|
| Requirement of Fifty (50) hours of on-site healing work
and/or utilize the MUM
Healing Reference Form to document healing work performed at other
locations. These forms must be completed in their entirety and provided to MUM.

| Utilize the MUM Healing Reference Form to document healing work
demonstrated on a minimum of ten (10) clients.
These forms must be completed in their entirety and returned to MUM.

| Provide a video tape of yourself domonstrating healing
services on at least one (1) client. (Video will not be returned)
|
| Completion of a two-day seminar on Metaphysical
Universal Ministries Principles, Creed and Code of Ethics (Multimedia)
|
| Successful Interview by Panel of Metaphysical Universal
Ministers and/or Board
|

Required Courses
| Completion of the first forty-six (46) chapters of the
"Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ", by Levi; World Religions;
Metaphysical Philosophy Volumes 1 and 2, and the companion workbooks,
Volumes 1, 2 and 3, by Rev. Nancy J. Althouse.

| Completion of the Basic Metaphysics Course and Exams
|
| Completion of the Universal Laws, Course and Exams
|
| Completion of the MUM Hands On Healing Course and Exams.
|
| Completion of the Three Day Pastoral Course, which
includes a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations governing
Metaphysical Universal Ministries and the general Insurance Regulations
regarding the church and the healing ministry. The Pastoral Counsel
Practicum prepares the students for the various roles of a minister, through
role-playing, drama and church doctrine. The clinical setting for the
practicum is generally provided by the Pastoral Counseling Ministers of the
Metaphysical Universal Ministries in
Allentown,
Pennsylvania
.

written papers will qualify the student for ordination.

| In addition to the above, anyone seeking Reciprocity,
will be offered the MUM “Ordained Minister” educational program at a
reduced price of $475, not including the cost of the workbooks and required
reading material/books.

Following the receipt of the above information and completion of associated
courses,
MUM will consider the applicant for reciprocity for the Ordained Minister
status.
