Dear Vendor,

Welcome and thank you for your participation in our “16th Annual Spiritual Holistic Expo 2008".

Attached is pertinent information regarding our Expo. If you have any questions, please call Rev. Isabelle at 610-791-2641, preferably between 9am and Noon. Please save this letter as a reference.

Payment:
If you make a deposit of $125.00 this will save your space. The total balance
must be paid in full by August 1st, 2008, or incur a $50.00 late fee.

Set-Up Time:
Friday, September 19th 2008---3 PM till 8 PM
Saturday, September 20th 2008---7 AM to 9 AM (fire inspection will start at 9AM)

Expo Opening Ceremony
On Saturday, September 20th 2008, we ask that all exhibitors, speakers, volunteers and staff members, please meet in the designated area at 9:30 AM for a meeting and special opening service. We will be conducting an “Energy and Consciousness-Rising”. This is the time that we will send our Healing of Love, Light and Peace to the World. We ask that all of you please join in; this ceremony is very uplifting, raising your Love and Light Consciousness to the ultimate height for a very special weekend. You are that Beam of Light!

Expo Regulations: (AgriPlex)
1. AgriPlex, located at 302 N. 17th Street , Allentown , PA is a "Smoke Free" facility.

2. We must respect AgriPlex fire laws and regulations. Lighted candles and burning incense is not recommended. If you have a candle it has to be setting in a ring of water and must have a cover/lid. You may not leave your booth with a burning candle. You must extinguish the flame, if you are not in your booth.

3. If you signed up for electricity, please be sure to bring along a 20 ft heavy-duty cord, and duct tape to tape your cord securely to the floor. You may not cross the cords from one aisle to another.

4. All aisles must be kept clear of boxes, racks etc. All extra inventories can be stored under the table in your booth area.

5. All vendors must be identified with a badge for Admission to the Expo per the AgriPlex regulations. MUM will provide a maximum of two badges per booth. If you have addition people in your booth they will be subject to the admission charge of $5.00 per day.

6. Prior to leaving your booth area at closing we ask that you please cover your table or product with a sheet.

7. You will need to supply your table linens. We will supply a white plastic top on the table.

8. Should you choose to play music/tapes, PLEASE RESPECT your neighbors, our customers, and your clients.

9. Please bring a waste can.

10. We do recommend bringing along a rug, which will improve the acoustics and be easier on your legs and feet.

11. Expo curtains will be yellow and white with a hanging sign listing the name of your booth or your expertise. Please make sure you tell us the correct name.

12. Gift certificates and items donated to MUM will be used as door prizes and will be greatly appreciated. Please bring any donations to the information booth. Include your name and booth number with your donation. Thank you.

Parking
There is ample parking in the AgriPlex parking area. After unloading your booth items we ask you to; PLEASE move your vehicle to the back of the lot. This will enable our patrons to park closer to the entrance. Thank you.

Lecture Area
If you are scheduled as a speaker, please begin and end on time, respect the other speakers.
