What is
Brotherhood? It is the wisdom of Lincoln and the warmth of Gandhi. It is the
humility of Jesus, the humbleness of Mohammed, and the humanitarianism of
Confucius. It is the Catholic, Protestant, and Jew living together in
peacefulness and harmony. It is the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the
Mount. It is the Bible, the Talmud and the Koran. It is the essence of all
wisdom of all the ages distilled into a single word.
MUM
aspires to achieve unity. To acquire unity we must look within ourselves to
The God Within. According to Webster's Dictionary, the definition of unity is
as follows:

We forge ahead on
our spiritual quest in this Aquarian Age in true unity. We promote open
communications and cooperation of all people. The advantage to open
communications is that we feel free to discuss any problem or idea that may
arise.
A very appropriate verse is "Let Brotherly Love Continue" (Hebrews Chapter 13,
Verse 1), for we all know love has empathy and is the balm that heals and
soothes.
There is a need for everyone in MUM
and we administer to each other. We share our time and our talents. With
empathy and the purest love we reach out together, as one body, universally to
our brothers and sisters. In this millennium, the power in the Spiritual
Age of Divine Love is demonstrated by being teachers of Brotherhood.
Our visions and goals are to expand education in all fields of Spiritual
knowledge and wisdom. We teach not only with texts, but also by demonstrating
this knowledge and wisdom in our lives, thoughts, and actions as we work
together in God's vineyard. With our intention to "Light Up The World" with
great universal knowledge, and truth, we will succeed beyond our expectations
for a vision of great expansion in all parts of the United States and the
World.
MUM
offers courses to students of Metaphysics, Philosophy, and World Religions for
students who intend to become a Minister of Healing or an Ordained Minister.
Or simply, for those who wish to study for spiritual knowledge and growth. We
accept students who have studied with other spiritual organizations (refer to
attached document pertaining to reciprocity). We also offer church charters
should it be your desire to open a church in your area.
Distant
Learning Courses:
The success of metaphysical organizations over the years offers proof that
distant learning courses can be a successful method for communication of
metaphysical knowledge.
Each distant learning course is designed to be completed within a 24 to 36
month period, however your course of study will be at your own pace. Should
you require additional time, please mail your request to the Metaphysical
Learning Center. These studies are aligned for the Minister of Healing and
Ordained Minister, however, the classes are open to anyone interested in
higher spiritual teachings.
We offer
certification courses for Minister of Healing; Ordained Minister; Advanced
Metaphysical Theology I; and Advanced Metaphysical Theology II. As a student
of any or all of these courses, you will receive lessons of varying subjects.
Our courses are an in-depth study of metaphysical theology, philosophy and
world religions. Our MUM
educators are available, via telephone or email, to answer questions
pertaining to our courses.
The primary purpose of our certification is to help establish a highly
professional image, being truly educated in metaphysics. Once you have
achieved certification from MUM,
which is considered spiritual or religious in nature, it is certified with MUM
only and is not considered an academic degree. In college courses on
philosophy, metaphysics is often taught as a branch of the philosophy course,
and not as a subject on its own.
Whatever undertaking you choose it can be greatly enhanced by certification
from Metaphysical
Universal
Ministries.
While we are not saying that it will assure your success, it will add to your
chance of success, especially if you are just beginning or not well-known in
the metaphysical field.
MUM
is a spiritual institution, operating in compliance with the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, Department of Education.
MUM
does not award college credits or confer degrees.
Legal
Matters:
When seeking ministerial status, it is very important that you understand
the legalities for teaching and healing in the field of metaphysics.
The field of metaphysics is not listed under the label of psychology, but it
is the closest of all established professional fields. Many years ago
metaphysics was established as a spiritual philosophy and under existing
nationwide laws, it was placed in the legal classification of
religion/spiritual.
Your own legal right to teach or heal in metaphysics is determined by having
an ordained ministerial status, not upon certification in metaphysics. Since
ministerial status is required to practice legally, you may obtain such
ministerial status in the Metaphysical
Universal
Ministries,
Metaphysical Learning Center, ministerial training course.
In common with all other professional persons in your community, you will
need to comply with state and local requirements in order to practice as a
minister and provide healing in your community, therefore we strongly advise
that you check with your government authorities regarding compliance with
laws, ordinances and regulations.
Metaphysical

Ministries
has been in operation since 1990 with Ordained Ministers located throughout
the United States. If you are interested in establishing yourself as a
metaphysical professional, MUM
will be happy to assist you in obtaining your certification through legal and
highly effective professional methods.
Once you have acquired your certificates for Minister of Healing and/or
Ordained Minister, the yearly cost to maintain your status with MUM
is $75 for an Ordained Minister and $50 for a Minister of Healing.
